Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Information

The De’Vons Optics products (i.e. X-PO Eyewear) displayed at the Site are available online. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. As such, we reserve the right to correct any incorrect information, including pricing errors, even after the transaction has been completed. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in saleable condition for an appropriate refund.

Sunglass Hut may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Returns and Exchanges

At X-PO Eyewear, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that you or someone you have purchased for needs to return or exchange a product, we have provided the following information to make your experience as hassle-free as possible.

On-Line Purchases

Return With a Receipt: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sunglasses, just return the item in original condition with the original packaging and receipt within 30 DAYS to X-PO Eyewear, attention to our Customer Care Center for:

Exchange
Charge Credit (if purchase was paid for with a credit card)

Return Without a Receipt and all Returns After 30 Days: All returns without a receipt or after 30 days will be entitled to an Exchange or Merchandise credit based on our current prices.

Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on accidental breakage or scratched lenses. If returning to us by mail, we recommend that you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail). X-PO Eyewear is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
